On-board and classroom instruction and guidance; One-on-one student mentorship; Lesson planning for ages 7 to 18; Focus on teamwork and crew building; Powerboat operation; Centerboard and Keelboats 14’ to 22’ LOA; various misc. tasks and yard work.
World Ocean School, MA/USVI — Program Coordinator
OCTOBER 2025 - PRESENT
Live-aboard liason between office staff and onboard crew; Leading large group activities and discussions; Daily communication with Program Manager, teachers, captains/mates, and site-specific activity leaders; Facilitate program progression and student health/safety; Organize and implement crew training in education, lessons, and manage Deckhand Educators in their teaching preparation and execution; Oversee program evaluation; Conflict management and resolution for both the students and crew.
